Now gain complete control over your HTML by being able to enter code on the very first line of the document. This component is great for server-side scripting to include files or generate server-side page redirects.
With this component, you have the ability to include lines of text onto the page that you type in, insert text from a file, or automatically have an Active Server Page server-side redirect generated for you!
Note for Fusion 5.0 users:
Fusion 5 allows you to type in lines of code in the "HTML Source" panel in page view mode. If you are looking to only enter a few lines in your site, it's possible to achieve this in Fusion 5. This component is useful if you want to add the same script to multiple pages – allowing you to maintain a library of script files which are included on the pages you specify and drastically cutting down on development time. By making a change to the one script file, you affect the change to all pages which reference the script. Additionally, when you add lines in Fusion's HTML Source panel, it's not obvious on the page that there is anything there.
