This page demonstrates how to prevent visitors to your site from printing out the page contents. As mentioned on the previous page, a good
use for this might be to require users to come back to your site to view your latest daily price list rather than printing out information which will be obsolete in a day or two. This module works with any browser that
supports CSS, essentially making it work for around 95% of users. It can be defeated by using an older browser, but then again it's not meant to be a foolproof method – only a deterrant. The printer will print out a
page, but if this module works as we say, the page will be blank.Go ahead and print the page now! How does it look? ;-) |
